Tournament Training Program

This program will include multiple levels of players, but the uniting principle will be helping these students become tournament or scholastic play ready (whatever level they may be at.)

The overall goal of this program is to build students with good habits and help them be in great shape. Habits are the foundation of success as players do not rise to the level of their goals, but fall to the level of their habits.

Days and times
August 19 until October 31 at Holbrook Palmer Park
Monday and Wednesday 4pm-6pm FULL
Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-6pm and fitness training 6:15-7:15pm FULL
A new season post-Daylight Savings will begin the following week.

Registration Process and Pricing
A student (s) will sign up for the day of the week for the full session.

Monday- Full Session- $1350 (no Labor Day or Columbus Day.) (1 day fee- $180) FULL
Tuesday- Full Session- $2035 (1 day fee- $210) FULL
Wednesday- Full Session- $1650 (1 day fee- $180) FULL
Thursday- Full Session- $2035 (1 day fee- $210) FULL

In addition students enrolling in 3 days or more will get customized goal setting and Player management.

We are pleased to announce a partnership with Bulldog Sports & Fitness. They will be running our strength and conditioning at their location 1610 El Camino Real. Students will be walked from the courts to the training facility after practice by one of our coaches.

While we are offering a “one-day fee” you will need approval from Player Capital administration 48 hours in advance. There are no discounts for “single day” participation and we cannot guarantee this option as the program is limited.
